Helen Pitcher OBE 

The Public Chairs’ Forum is pleased to announce that Helen Pitcher OBE has been elected as Chair of PCF Management Committee, for a two year term until October 2023. 

As Chairman at the Criminal Cases Review Commission, part of a portfolio across public, private and third sectors, Helen also has an extensive background in Board Governance and Mentoring.

David said: ‘I am delighted to welcome Helen Pitcher OBE as my successor, she is particularly well placed to continue to nurture PCF, this unique community of Chairs’.

Helen said: ‘It is a genuine honour to serve as PCF Chair. I believe PCF can become a powerful force and influencer on behalf of ALB Chairs at Government/Governmental Department level, as well as a source of education for our members’.

In welcoming Helen Pitcher OBE into this role, the PCF membership also thanks David Ereira OBE for his extensive service and commitment to Public Chairs’ Forum over many years. David will remain an honorary PCF member.
