1. Transforming public bodiesThe must-attend sessions of the PCF annual member programme. Join together with CEOs from Association of Chief Executives (ACE); with speakers from Whitehall and Westminster and subject matter experts, to debate key issues of public body reform. In these six events, we will explore transformation from the perspectives of the public, technology as a primary enabler of change and finally, the cultural and organisational implications of change. |

4. Thought leadershipHelping us explore our core programme theme of ‘the future of public bodies’ in 2022, we’re undertaking two pieces of research in 2022:
We’re also keen to ensure we offer PCF members as much opportunity to contribute to public bodies reform. We will continue to work closely with the Cabinet Office and other government departments, ensuring we enable public bodies to demonstrate excellence and efficiency in public service. Throughout your membership year we’ll continue to signpost relevant developments to you and where possible, offer opportunities to contribute to consultations and participate in dialogue and help shape ongoing reform. |
