Election 2019 – the impact on public bodies

November 26 2019

09:00-10:30

Elections have the enduring power to stir leaders into prediction and preparation. But in December 2019, the ballot box could either drive the greatest policy shifts in a generation, or further governmental instability.

What can public bodies expect in the face of these outcomes and how can we prepare for such diverse governmental transitions?

We will be joined by a panel of experts to examine the polling data, the manifesto pledges, and what public bodies can do today to mitigate these challenges.

So far we have the following speakers confirmed:

Gisela Stuart, former Labour MP and Chair of the Vote Leave Campaign
Joe Twyman, founding Director of YouGov, currently co-founder and Director at Deltapoll
Dr Hannah White, Deputy Director at the Institute for Government
Tera Allas CBE, Senior fellow, Mckinsey Centre for Government

The event will take place at 2 Carlton Gardens London SW1Y 5AA
