As the Centre for Public Appointments has launched its Diversity Action Plan, its Commissioner, Peter Riddell CBE, Sue Owen, Permanent Secretary, Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport and Civil Service Diversity Champion, and Dr Neslyn Watson-Druee CBE and Sydney Roper from 4i Consulting will re-visit this hot topic to consider what action can be taken and how chairs can be supported to meet the Government’s ambitious targets to improve diversity across the Civil Service.
